Gerald D. Hines
Founder and Chairman
In 50 years, Gerald D. Hines grew a one-man operation into one of the largest and most respected real estate investment, development and management firms in the world. Since its inception in 1957, Hines has developed or acquired more than 900 projects in 223 cities and 16 countries, representing more than 300 million square feet of commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial projects. The Hines firm controls assets valued at approximately $22.9 billion and partners with major institutional investors as well as individual investors through the Hines REIT. Mr. Hines is an Honorary Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and has received the Urban Land Institute's J.C. Nichols Prize for Visionaries in Urban Development. An industry pioneer in aesthetics and sustainability, Mr. Hines has championed and supported real estate, architecture and urban planning programs at Harvard, Yale and Rice universities; the College of Architecture at the University of Houston is named in his honor.

Jeffrey C. Hines
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Hines is co-owner and CEO, overseeing firm policies and procedures, and day-to-day operations. Since joining the firm in 1981, Mr. Hines has assumed a major leadership position under which the company has seen a significant expansion of its holdings, products and services, a dramatic increase in its capital base, and reinforcement of its reputation for excellence. He directed development of the firm's first $846 million Emerging Markets Fund that provided start-up capital for projects in emerging international markets. He was a major participant in the firm's domestic and international acquisition program that secured more than $2 billion in properties. Mr. Hines oversaw major expansion of the firm's personnel, financial resources, domestic and foreign market penetration, and its products and services. Mr. Hines earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College in 1977 and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1981.

E. Staman Ogilvie
Executive Vice President
CEO - Eurasia Region
Staman Ogilvie is the chief executive for the Eurasia Region and a member of the Hines Executive Committee. Since joining Hines in 1973, he has been responsible for the development, acquisition and management of more than 29 million square feet of commercial real estate as well as several thousand acres of planned community development. Mr. Ogilvie has extensive experience in acquisitions, strategic planning and finance and has been responsible for the development of the four million-square-foot Galleria in Dallas, Texas, in addition to Park Place Moscow, a 600,000-square-foot premier mixed-use project in Russia. He is the former president and a current board member of Sugarland Properties, a Hines planned community venture. Mr. Ogilvie attended Washington & Lee University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1971. He was awarded a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1973.

Mieczysław Godzisz
Managing Director
Since joining the firm in 1997, Mieczysław Godzisz has worked to effectively position Hines in Poland's real estate market. He played a key role during development process of Metropolitan project, a 37,000-square-meter office development in Warsaw. Mr. Godzisz has been instrumental in securing several new residential and office projects in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Łódz and Kraków for Hines-managed funds. Projects completed and under construction, in which Mr Godzisz participated or led exceed 230.000 square meters of usable space. Since joining Hines in 1997, he has built a team of nearly 30 people in three offices in Poland with planned expansion to other Polish cities. Prior to his career at Hines, Mr. Godzisz was a business adviser at Arthur Andersen (1992-1997). Mr. Godzisz earned his M.A. degree in Arabic Language and Culture at Uniwersytet Jagielloński (Kraków) in 1992 and his M.B.A. degree at the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago, in 2001.

Wojciech Rumian
Managing Director - Development
Wojciech Rumian is a Managing Director responsible for supervision of real estate development process on all Hines investment projects in Poland. Together with Mieczysław Godzisz, he is responsible for analysis and assessment of all new developments. Since joining Hines in 2001,Wojciech Rumian has played a key role in cooperation with local authorities, coordinating the complex acquisition of the Warszawa-Centrum Municipality plot for the Metropolitan project. Moreover, W. Rumian was the driving force behind the effort of receiving the MIPIM 2004 nomination and then actually taking the award for the Metropolitan as the Best Business Center. As a project director of Impresja Apartments, a 27,200-square-meter residential development in southern Warsaw, he managed to successfully market the project during construction and complete all sales within several months of completion. W. Rumian has played an important role in product defining as well as developing leasing and sales strategies of such investments as a residential project Quattro Towers in Gdańsk, office project in Gdańsk and office project Sterlinga Business Centre in Łódź. Prior to his career at Hines, Mr. Rumian was a development manager at Terra Casa S.A. in Kraków (1999-2001). Before that, he worked for the United States Agency for International Development (1997-1999). Mr. Rumian is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the University of Reading (UK).

Tomasz Chodkiewicz
Director of Finance
After joining Hines in 1998, Tomasz Chodkiewicz has built the entire finance team at Hines Polska and implemented all accounting and reporting procedures. Mr. Chodkiewicz was responsible for implementing SUN accounting software and introducing banking, financial, reporting and controlling systems for all entities related to projects pursued by Hines Polska. Tomasz Chodkiewicz manages a team responsible for budget-related reporting, relations with banks, coordination of fund capital transfers, account management, financial feasibility reporting and monitoring. Currently, T. Chodkiewicz, apart from his controller responsibilities, supervises holding companies established for the Polish projects and administers financial reporting of subsidiaries in Cyprus, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Between 1993-1998 T. Chodkiewicz worked at Lucent Technologies (AT&T) in Warsaw, where he established the accounting department for sales and introduced the balance clearance monitoring system. Mr. Chodkiewicz holds an M.A. in Production Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics (1993).

Andrzej Schmalenberg
Construction Director
Andrzej Schmalenberg coordinates all construction works carried out by Hines Polska. He is also responsible for initial administrative proceedings, budget preparation, construction planning, contract negotiations and value engineering (conceptual construction). Since joining Hines in 2003, A. Schmalenberg managed the build-out of all tenant office space at the Metropolitan and closing out the contract with the general contractor. Moreover, A. Schmalenberg supervised the construction works at Impresja Apartments, starting from the preliminary budget through tender proceedings, negotiations with bidders, selection of the general contractor, to leading and coordination of construction works. He is currently involved in preparation and supervision general contractor's works carried out on residential projects in Gdańsk and in Łódź. Between 1992-2003 A. Schmalenberg worked at Epstein, leading and coordinating construction works. Mr. Schmalenberg, a licensed engineer, has earned his M.Sc. degree in Land Engineering from the Technical University of Częstochowa in 1990.

Przemysław Iznerowicz
Development Manager/Attorney
Przemysław Iznerowicz has joined Hines Polska in 2005, soon after graduating from law school and completing one year of practice at a prestigious law firm in Katowice. An award-winning student of law while in college, once at Hines Polska he was entrusted the responsibility for coordination of all legal matters involved in the preparation of the sale of the Metropolitan, in collaboration with the external law firm. In 2007, he was appointed Project Manager and since than he has been supervising Sterlinga Business Center, office building in Łódź. Under the joint venture agreement between Hines Polska and PKP S.A., Mr. Iznerowicz participates in the coordination of activities related to the preparation of investment in Katowice. As one of the key team members P. Iznerowicz is involved in the process of evaluating new businesses carried out in Poland. In this matter he cooperates with W. Rumian and M. Godzisz. Przemysław Iznerowicz graduated from Uniwersytet Śląski in Katowice, earning his M.A. degree with honors in 2005. Also that year Mr. Iznerowicz was awarded third place in the Primus in Primis competition for the best student of Law in Poland, after being a finalist the year before. In 2010 Mr. Iznerowicz graduated from the University of Reading (UK).

Michał Samborski
Development Manager
Michał Samborski has joined the team in 2011. Currently he is responsible for the development of Centrum Biurowe Neptun in Gdańsk. He also prepares analysis of land plots being in the area of Hines interest. Before joining Hines team Michał Samborski had worked in Panattoni Europe covering position of a Project Manager where he completed over 200.000 sq.m. of commercial space within warehouse and industrial objects. The previous work experience he had gained in Strabag and Mostostal. Michał Samborski graduated Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Civil Engineering (2003). He also holds construction license, auditor certificate of internal system ISO 9001; 14000 and AQAP 2110. M.Samborski is currently studying MBA at Polish Academy of Science.

Paweł Szpala
Construction Manager
Paweł Szpala has joined the team in 2005. Since then his role has been Site Construction Manager at projects developed by Hines Polska. Mr. Szpala supervised the tenant build-out work at the Metropolitan office project in Warsaw. He played a key role in the residential project, Impresja Apartments, actively participating in the construction management throughout the development. Currently P. Szpala is cooperating with construction managers responsible for Hines investments in other Polish cities. Moreover, he holds a construction manager license. He had previously worked as superintendent and construction manager at the EastWave Building Company. Mr. Szpala graduated from the Warsaw Technical University in 1998 with an Engineering degree focusing on Building Processes and Land Engineering.
